Terms of Participation and Event Rules

Organization, Venue, and Time

The event is organized by IDEC S.A and will take place on the dates and times specified in the description and according to the relevant program.

Participation

Participation in the event is open to those who have registered online and received confirmation. Participants are kindly requested to arrive at the scheduled time.

Video recording and taking of photographs/screenshots.

The event may be video recorded throughout its duration. Only the names and cameras of the organisers and speakers will be visible during the video recording. The videos may be uploaded to social media, the IDEC SA website, the websites of the programs presented, and may also be forwarded to the Erasmus+ Monitoring Committee.

During the event, photographs (in the case of live events) or screenshots (in the case of online events) may be taken that contain the names of participants. Photographs and screenshots showing participants’ names may be forwarded to the Erasmus+ Monitoring Committee.

Video recording, photography, or screen capture by participants is strictly prohibited.

Amendment of Regulations

IDEC reserves the right to amend the regulations governing the event without prior notice.
